Full Journal pdf2008-02-08 House Journal Page 1916 HB 151 Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1898) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 151(JUD) "An Act requiring an indemnification, defense, and hold harmless provision in construction-related professional services contracts of state agencies, quasi-public agencies, municipalities, and political subdivisions." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 151(JUD) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Samuels moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 151(JUD), thus adopting SCS CSHB 151(JUD), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 151(JUD)?" The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHB 151(JUD) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
